HERE IS YOUR CHANCE TO FEATURE YOUR ARTWORK IN THE MONDAY MESSENGER!

 

We are excited to announce a monthly artwork competition exclusively for International School students. Each month, we will select a new winning piece of art that incorporates the newsletter title “Monday Messenger” and the school name “International School.” Seasonal themes are welcome but not required. Let your creativity shine!

 

The winning artwork will be featured at the top of the Monday Messenger newsletter.

 

All submissions must follow Bellevue School District, International School, and PTSA guidelines for appropriateness. By entering, you grant us permission to save and use the artwork at our discretion, including, but not limited to, other months and on the website.

 

Submissions for the following month are due by the last Friday of each month. We are currently accepting submissions for the 2026-2027 school year.

Art Submission Deadlines:

  • August: Friday, July 31
  • September: Friday, August 28
  • October: Friday, September 25
  • November: Friday, October 30
  • December: Friday, November 27
  • January: Friday, December 25
  • February: Friday, January 29
  • March: Friday, February 28
  • April: Friday, March 26
  • May: Friday, April 30
  • June: Friday, May 28

 

Artwork does not have to be created digitally, but all submissions must be sent digitally to news@isptsa.org.

 

Get your pencils, paints, tablets, cameras, or any art tools ready and share your best work for a chance to be showcased in our community newsletter!

MONDAY MESSENGER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Please submit articles by THURSDAY at 5:00 PM to news@isptsa.org.
  • Please limit submissions to 600 characters, including spaces.
  • Please include contact information for reader questions. If no contact information is provided, the sender's email address will be used.
  • We encourage submissions that align with our mission.
  • Submissions are subject to review by the ISPTSA and may be accepted, rejected, or edited.
  • Please send a separate email for each article submitted.
  • Plain text is preferred; however, you are welcome to include an image or icon as a separate attachment. Please do not embed images in the body of your email or document.
  • If you need to link to a registration form or document, please send us either the web address (URL) or a PDF copy of the document.
  • If you would like your article to repeat in future editions, please resubmit it for each week you wish it to appear. Articles will not be republished automatically.

Note: You will receive an automated confirmation email once you submit material to the Monday Messenger.

PUBLICATION SCHEDULE

 

The Messenger is a weekly PTA newsletter that is distributed electronically to those who have signed up to receive it.
